Alston & Bird is expanding the real estate finance and investment group of its Dallas office with the addition of partner ANDREA CUMMINGS. Cummings was formerly a partner in the Chicago office of Sidley Austin.
JULIA HESSE is returning to Choate, Hall & Stewart as a partner in its health care group in Boston. Hesse was originally an associate at the firm before moving to Ropes & Gray. She most recently served as general counsel at Tufts University Medical Center.
