Allens Arthur Robinson, Holding Redlich and Blake Dawson have advised on a joint venture between Singaporean and Japanese property developers to build a $2 billion housing and retail project in Sydney.

Allens Arthur was lead counsel to Singapore’s Frasers Property, which announced July 7 that it has entered into a joint venture with Osaka-based Sekisui House Ltd. to develop the Central Park project north of central Sydney. The 14-acre mixed-use complex will include apartments, a hotel, shopping, and offices.
