Former Nomura Holdings, Inc., Asia-Pacific general counsel Christopher Moore has taken on a similar role at derivatives brokerage MF Global Holdings Ltd.
Moore, who will be New York-based MF Global’s first Asia general counsel, will look after all legal aspects of the company’s Asian business, splitting his time between Hong Kong and Singapore. He will report to global general counsel Laurie Ferber as well as Asia-Pacific managing director Mike Blomfield.
