Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher partner Jim Walden vowed Wednesday to continue fighting a controversial bicycle lane in Brooklyn after a state Supreme Court judge dismissed a suit against New York City that sought to remove it.
The suit, filed by Walden on behalf of Seniors for Safety and Neighbors for Better Bike Lanes, sought to force the New York Department of Transportation to shut down the bike lane on the grounds that the path endangered pedestrians and inconvenienced drivers.
