The former head of Clayton Utz‘s corporate practice has left to join mid-sized Sydney firm Piper Alderman.
Wally McDonald headed 700-lawyer Clayton Utz’s firmwide corporate practice from 2003 to 2007, as well as its energy and resources practice from 2004 to 2007. He has frequently represented clients in government and the telecommunications industry along with the energy sector.
