Chinese law firm Wang Jing & Co. has recruited a senior-level partner to join its Beijing and Shenzhen offices.
Song Dihuang was previously a partner with Beijing’s Commerce & Finance Law Offices, a firm that keeps a low public profile but is highly active in major capital markets transactions.
