DAVID BURTON joined Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld as a partner in New York in the tax and project finance and renewable energy practices. Burton specializes in structuring tax-driven vehicles for renewable energy assets. In his last job, he served as managing director and senior tax counsel at GE Energy Financial Services.
Alston & Bird’s global finance group gained PAUL CICCHETTI as counsel in its New York office. Cicchetti, formerly with Brown Rudnick, focuses on financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and development on a variety of transactions.
