New York-based Dewey & LeBoeuf has brought aboard a former regional general counsel to spearhead the launch of its Hong Kong law capability.
Joyce Chan previously headed the legal team for Axa China Region Insurance Co. Ltd., a Hong Kong division of the French insurance giant. She also previously served as general counsel and chief compliance officer for the former Hong Kong subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Co.
