Cozen O’Connor has named a new president and managing partner in what it said marks the beginning of the firm’s latest management-succession plan, sibling publication The Legal Intelligencer reports.

In Cozen’s new three-pronged leadership structure, Michael Heller, chair of the firm’s business law department, will be president and executive partner; Thomas Decker, who has served as Cozen’s president and chief executive officer since returning to the firm in 2007 following a stint as chairman of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, retains the CEO title; and former chief administrative partner Vincent McGuinness will serve as the firm’s managing partner.
