Japanese law firm Mori Hamada & Matsumoto has announced plans to launch a Singapore office early next year. It will be the third overseas office for Mori Hamada, one of Tokyo’s Big Four corporate firms.
According to a statement, the firm’s expansion is driven by increasing demand for legal services by Japanese companies expanding in Southeast Asia. The firm is also aiming to service companies from the region eyeing business opportunities in Japan.
