Australian law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques has signed a deal under which it will farm out legal document review to outsourcing company Integreon.

Integreon staff, most of whom are based in India, will initially focus on litigation support, but may be used for other services such as due diligence and contract review, depending on client demand, says Michelle Mahoney, Mallesons’ head of applied legal technology.
