Sidley Austin has recruited a capital markets partner for its Shanghai office.
Anthony Jacobsen, a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer, mainly advises Chinese companies on Hong Kong law aspects of overseas debt and equity offerings. He was previously a partner in Baker & McKenzie‘s commercial and securities group in Shanghai.
