Itself a potential acquisition target, Yahoo made an acquisition of its own Tuesday. The once-highflying Internet giant snapped up online advertising company Interclick for $270 million in cash.
Latham & Watkins corporate partners Ora Fisher and Jamie Leigh in Menlo Park, Calif., are leading a team from the firm advising Yahoo on the matter. Other Latham lawyers working on the deal include tax partner Laurence Stein, antitrust partner Hanno Kaiser, and real estate partner David Shapiro.
