Dickstein Shapiro has expanded its employment practice with the addition of litigator ARTHUR SILBERGELD from Bingham McCutchen. Now a partner in Dickstein’s Los Angeles office, Silbergeld will lead the firm’s employment practice in California. In his own practice, Silbergeld advises companies on such issues as wage and hour, equal opportunity employment, wrongful termination, harassment, disability, and labor relations.

Drinker Biddle & Reath has hired communications lawyer LEE PETRO as of counsel in the firm’s government and regulatory affairs practice in Washington, D.C. Petro, previously with communications boutique Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth in Virginia, represents broadcasters and wireless service providers in matters before the Federal Communications Commission.
