SNR Denton has recruited a corporate and project finance partner from SJ Berwin.
Daniel Liew launched the Hong Kong office for SJ Berwin in 2009 and has since then served as its Asia managing partner. The London-based firm now has four lawyers in its Hong Kong and Shanghai offices. Admitted in England, Hong Kong and Australia, Liew has a general corporate practice in Asia which covers private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance. He mainly advises clients in the energy, transport, and infrastructure sectors.
