Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson has added a new partner to its Hong Kong corporate practice. Carolyn Sng joins Fried Frank from Herbert Smith, where she was a partner.
Sng specializes in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. In January 2011, she advised CNOOC Ltd., the Hong Kong-based subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corp., on its $2 billion senior notes offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
