Adam Handley and Richard Guit, formerly partners with Corrs Chambers Westgarth, are joining Minter Ellison’s Perth office, while ex-Freehills mergers and acquisitions special counsel Sophie Chen is joining Minter Ellison as a partner in Sydney.
