Slattery v. U.S.

Ending a 19-year fight with the federal government over the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s 1992 seizure of Meritor Savings Bank, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims on December 15 ordered the U.S. government to pay a $276 million judgment to Meritor’s shareholders.
