Simmons & Simmons has hired a new partner for its Hong Kong office.
Vivien Yang is joining Simmons from Clifford Chance, where she was a foreign legal consultant and head of the natural resources practice for the Hong Kong office. Yang specializes in mergers and acquisitions, projects, and commercial contracts relating to energy and resources. She has previously advised many state-owned oil companies in Asia on their acquisition and operation of liquefied natural gas assets.
