Eversheds has advised Chinese property developer New World China Land Ltd. on an issue of renminbi-denominated bonds.

The $682 million offering, upsized from an original $444 million tranche, is the largest dim sum bond ever issued by a property developer. The issuer is the mainland China arm of Hong Kong’s New World Development Co. Ltd., which is controlled by local billionaire Cheng Yu-tung.
