After leading Venable for six years as the firm’s managing partner, KARL RACINE is returning to his white-collar and commercial litigation practice full-time. He will be replaced by LINDSAY MEYER and ROBERT WALDMAN, who will serve as co-managing partners.
Meyer and Waldman come of different cities and practice groups. Meyer is a Washington, D.C.-based partner who heads Venable’s international trade practice and cochairs the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and anticorruption practice; Waldman is a Baltimore-based tax partner who chairs the firm’s business division.
