Dewey & LeBoeuf M&A partners Ivan Presant and Joseph Cosentino are leaving to join the New York office of Clifford Chance.
The lateral hires are the firm’s latest move aimed at bolstering its New York office, which added a trio of former federal prosecutors as partners in October. Also joining the office this month: corporate partner John Graham, who is returning to New York after having been seconded to the firm’s Abu Dhabi operations three years ago.
