MARGARET GATTI, who launched Fox Rothschild’s Washington, D.C., office in November 2010, has jumped to Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. As a partner in the antitrust group, she will work in the firm’s Washington and Philadelphia offices.

An international banker before she became an attorney, Gatti practices in the areas of export control and customs law, embargoed country regulations, international tax and trade law, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters. She also represents manufacturers, exporters, importers, and brokers involved in the defense industry before various agencies including the Office of Foreign Assets Control and the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security.
