A two-partner team has jumped to Nixon Peabody’s private clients group in Boston from Edwards Wildman Palmer, the product of the recent merger between Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge and Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon. LAWRENCE COHEN and JAY ROSENBAUM join Nixon along with one counsel, two trust administrators, and two investment professionals.

Cohen and Rosenbaum handle estate planning, international private client advisory, asset management and investment, and tax services. Rosenbaum, who will also work in London and advise international clients from that office, has additional expertise in business succession planning, counseling companies and their owners on the intersection of individual wealth transfer planning and business decisions that arise.
