Australian law firm Clayton Utz has advised a seven-bank consortium on a refinancing package totaling nearly $2 billion for real estate fund Investa Property Trust.

Australia’s four largest banks–National Australia Bank Ltd., Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Westpac Banking Corp., and Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd.–provided Investa with a combined $1.65 billion in funding. Overseas lenders Bank of China Ltd., BOS International Ltd., and Crédit Agricole S.A. provided an additional $309 million.
