Real estate attorney MARK MENGELBERG is the newest partner at Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis. Mengelberg, who will be based in San Francisco, specializes in leasing, finance, and restructuring deals for landlords and tenants. Most recently with Seyfarth Shaw, Mengelberg was an associate with Allen Matkins from 2004 to 2006. 

Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney has strengthened its Philadelphia office with the addition of STANLEY MILAVEC JR. and JOHN WASHLICK as shareholders. Milavec, who was most recently at boutique firm Mitts Milavec, has also served as in-house counsel for health care networks and teaching hospitals. Washlick, who concentrates on health care transactions and corporate compliance, was formerly the co-chair of Cozen O’Connor’s health law practice group. 
 
Chadbourne & Parke‘s Mexico City office has added MIRIAM GRUNSTEIN as international counsel in the firm’s project finance and energy group. Grunstein focuses on energy, oil and gas, and global infrastructure projects. She was previously a private practitioner and a professor at Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económica in Mexico. 
 
Former Gordon & Rees attorney LAWRENCE LEE has moved to Fisher & Phillips, where he will be a partner in the firm’s Denver office. Lee focuses on employment litigation, counseling, and defending clients against retaliation, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment. 
 
KEVIN MCDONALD has returned to Fulbright & Jaworksi, where he will be a partner in the firm’s Houston office. McDonald, who began his career at Fulbright in 1992 and spent a decade working in the Houston and Austin offices, specializes in litigation, corporate governance, and crisis management. He was previously the president and chief executive officer at the nonprofit organization Arms of Hope. 
 
Finance and restructuring lawyer LESLIE CHERVOKAS has jumped to Herrick, Feinstein, which she joins as counsel in the firm’s corporate department. Previously a special counsel at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, Chervokas specializes in complex financial and commercial transactions, as well as bankruptcy and restructuring matters. 
 
Former IBM chief privacy officer HARRIET PEARSON has moved to Hogan Lovells as a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C., privacy and information management practice. In addition to specializing in matters related to privacy and information security policy and compliance, Pearson has experience with cross-border data transfers, data security incident response and remediation, and cyber security risk management and governance. 

Holland & Knight has moved to strengthen its presence in the Persian Gulf region by adding MARC SUKKAR as a partner in Abu Dhabi. Formerly a senior counsel for Qatar Foundation subsidiary Msheireb Properties, Sukkar concentrates in construction law, energy, and dispute resolution. 

K&L Gates has bolstered its labor and employment and tax practices in Paris with hire of BERTRAND DUSSERT and JUDITH BECKHARD-CARDOSO. Dussert, who specializes in advising clients on French and international tax matters, joins K&L Gates from tax boutique Cabinet Dussert Selarl. Beckhard-Cardoso, who was previously at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin, focuses on labor and employment matters in the chemical, technology, pharmaceutical, aeronautics, equipment, and metallurgical sectors.  
 
Mayer Brown has gained ANDREW BLOCK as a partner in the firm’s pensions group in London. Previously a partner at Travers Smith, Block advises both employers and trustees in matters related to occupational pension schemes. 
 
In Orange County, California, Troutman Sanders has added JOHN BRADLEY, LARRY CERUTTI, and SUSAN STABE as partners. Bradley and Cerutti specialize in matters related to corporate and securities law. Stabe, an intellectual property attorney, focuses on foreign and domestic trademark  and copyright prosecution, intellectual property enforcement, and trade secret and unfair competition disputes. All three attorneys were previously at Rutan & Tucker. 
 
BARRY MESHER and BRIAN ZERINGER have jumped from Lane Powell to Sedgwick‘s Seattle office, where they will be partners in the complex litigation division. Zeringer specializes in commercial, real estate, and products liability litigation. Mesher focuses on toxic, mass, and municipal torts, as well as premises liability, insurance coverage, product liability, professional liability, and labor and employment law. 
 
Seyfarth Shaw‘s Chicago office has boosted its corporate department with the addition of ROBERT WINNER as a partner. Previously at Ungaretti & Harris, Winner specializes in the energy and clean technology sectors, and focuses on aspects of corporate practice including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, securities transactions and issuances, corporate and project finance, and commercial and business counseling. 
 
ELIZABETH ROGERS has left Vinson & Elkins to become a partner at Waller. Rogers, a health care attorney who specializes in regulatory matters and managed care, will head the firm’s newest office, in Austin The office, which opened this week, will focus on health care.
