A half-dozen Am Law 100 firms were among those landing lead outside counsel roles this week on a trio of tech sector deals involving such companies as Apple, Samsung, and Odyssey Investment Partners.
In one of those transactions, Apple will pay $365 million in cash to acquire mobile security company AuthenTec, according to an SEC filing on Thursday.
