Todd Beutler is a U.S. tax lawyer who advises on estate planning and cross-border tax matters. He typically represents high net-worth individuals and families, and their trusts and businesses. Beutler focuses on analyzing, structuring and negotiating private equity investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions tax issues. He also advises clients on their pre-initial public offering matters and company structures that are designed to protect and grow their wealth.
