Come January, Littler Mendelson will be led by two new co-presidents: labor and employment attorneys THOMAS BENDER and JEREMY ROTH.

The pair will replace Marko Mrkonich, the firm’s president and managing director since 2005, according to an announcement this week. Mrkonich, who is also the founding member of Littler’s Minneapolis office, says the board’s decision to name Bender and Roth as co-presidents and co–managing directors was “enthusiastic and unanimous.”
