Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom has recruited SanDisk Corporation’s chief legal officer JAMES BRELSFORD as counsel in its intellectual property group.
Brelsford, who was also the senior vice president of SanDisks intellectual property licensing program, will focus on IP transactions and litigation and will advise clients on how to monetize their patents.
