As construction progresses at 250 W. 55th St., Boston Properties Inc. has added another large law firm to its tenant roster. Kaye Scholer recently signed a 20-year lease with the real estate investment trust group headquartered in Boston.
Kaye Scholer will occupy nearly 250,000 square feet of the 1-million-square-foot, 40-story tower due for completion in 2014. Morrison & Foerster also signed an initial lease for 250 W. 55th St. about 18 months ago and expanded its square footage there a year later (NYLJ, June 1, 2011, and June 13, 2012).
