In at least two ways, Motorola Mobility's new patent infringement suit against TiVo is deja vu all over again. First, it involves the much-disputed TiVo DVR Time Warp patent, which the PTO upheld last October. And second, Motorola sued TiVo under threat of an indemnity claim by one of its customers--just as Microsoft did a year ago.
