Singapore firm Colin Ng & Partners has hired a corporate governance and litigation partner.
Ravindran Ramasamy was previously of counsel at another local firm, Chris Chong and C T Ho Partnership. He focuses on advising directors and officers on corporate governance issues in relation to joint ventures agreements as well as private equity investments. Ravindran has also handled criminal and civil litigation.
From 1997 to 2006, Ramasamy served as a member of Singapore’s parliament, where he was chairman of the defense and foreign affairs committee for five years.
