Dentons has hired a partner to head its Asia corporate finance and capital markets practice.
Gordon Ng is joining Dentons’ Hong Kong office from O’Melveny & Myers, where he was also a partner. Last year, He represented lead and zinc miner China Polymetallic Mining Ltd. on its $187 million initial public offering in Hong Kong. In 2010, he also advised Real Gold Mining Ltd. on a top-up placement of 100 million shares that raised a total of approximately $156 million.
