Allen & Gledhill has advised Singapore’s Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust on the establishment of $1.5 billion medium term notes program.
Suntec REIT, which holds a portfolio of retail and commercial properties in Singapore’s central business district such as One Raffles Quay and the Marina Bay Financial Centre Towers, is seeking to raise funds to refinance its existing borrowings or to finance its future acquisition and investment plans, according to the prospectus.
