Sheppard Mullin Litigator a Fighter for the Disabled

As a young law firm associate, Daniel Brown sued the New York Road Runners Club on behalf of a group of plaintiffs that included his quadriplegic brother to ensure that racers in wheelchairs be treated fairly in the New York City Marathon. Brown, now a Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton litigation partner, has fought to advance the cause of New Yorkers with disabilities ever since. He recently celebrated the successful outcome of two pro bono cases designed to make life easier and safer for this class of clients.
