A former portfolio manager at Soros Fund Management has sued the hedge fund, claiming it owes him roughly $19.5 million after he was fired without explanation, Reuters reports.

Aaron Cowen filed his complaint in Manhattan state Supreme Court on July 3, asserting that he never received the performance and management fees that he earned at Soros for the eight short months he worked there. Furthermore, Cowen claimed that his firing damaged his reputation and made it difficult for him to raise money and establish his own fund.
