Clearspire aspired to transform both the business model and technology of law firms through two startups that were attached at the hip. Clearspire Law Co. (which expired) sought to deliver high-end legal services at half price by slashing overhead costs. Clearspire Legal Services (which is very much alive) sells “law firm in a box” software that integrates 14 functions, from conferencing to collaboration.
