Abraxas Discala, an investment firm chief and former husband of “The Sopranos” actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler, has pleaded not guilty to federal charges that he ran a $300 million stock manipulation scheme, Bloomberg reports.

A 10-count indictment against Discala, who is the chief executive officer at merchant banking firm OmniView Capital Advisors, and six others was unsealed on July 17 in U.S. district court in Brooklyn. The government’s charges include securities fraud, wire fraud and conspiracy. The defendants are accused of manipulating stock in four companies, including medical education company CodeSmart Holdings Inc., whose investors lost at least $50 million.
