Facebook Inc. said that the Securities and Exchange Commission has ended its investigation relating to disclosures of the company’s projections for advertising revenue before its 2012 initial public offering, The Wall Street Journal reports.

In its quarterly earning filing released on Thursday, Facebook said that back in May the SEC “notified us that it had terminated its inquiry and that no enforcement action had been recommended.”
