While summer may be drawing to an end, the legal battles engulfing law firms still go on.
Our latest roundup of litigation in which Am Law 200 firms are either defendants or plaintiffs includes a malicious prosecution case against Latham & Watkins that was reinstated by a California appeals panel, as well as a lawsuit by Mexican entrepreneurs against Yahoo Inc. and Baker & McKenzie, alleging that they conspired to get a big verdict against the tech giant overturned on appeal south of the border.
