Nearly five years ago this month, Blank Rome partner W. SCOTT SIMMER represented several Pfizer Inc. sales representatives-turned-whistleblowers in a $2.3 billion settlement by the New York-based pharmaceutical giant, the second-largest health care-related accord in U.S. history.
