Bingham McCutchen and Edwards Wildman Palmer aren’t the only big firms with strong New England roots playing the merger game.

Boston-based Hinckley, Allen & Snyder hit the 150-lawyer mark this week after absorbing Scott & Bush, a four-lawyer IP boutique in Providence, as the regional firm with $90 million in annual gross revenue sidles up to the back end of The Am Law 200.
