Three months after a client conflict erupted in a federal court in Northern California, an IP litigation partner has left K&L Gates’ Palo Alto office for a relatively unknown boutique.
Charles “Chuck” Holland, who focuses on due diligence reviews, patent prosecution, portfolio review and advice, noninfringement, invalidity and litigation analysis and opinions, decamped in early December for Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Strategic Innovation IP Law Offices, according to records on file with the State Bar of California.
