Kansas City, Missouri-based Shook Hardy & Bacon saw a modest increase in gross revenue while profit per partner continued to tumble amid growing head count.

Shook Hardy’s profit per partner slipped 3 percent to $805,000 in 2014 from $830,000 the year before, marking the third consecutive year the firm experienced a decline. Revenue per lawyer fell 1.4 percent to $690,000 while gross revenue showed improvement from the last couple of years by growing 2.4 percent to $316 million.
