Marcia Sundeen, head of Kenyon & Kenyon’s International Trade Commission practice, is joining five recently departed former colleagues at Goodwin Procter, the firm announced Wednesday.

She is the eighth lateral hire that the 850-lawyer firm has made for its IP group in the last six months, according to Goodwin Procter. Douglas Kline, head of the firm’s IP litigation group, says it now has about 110 litigators.
