Polsinelli, the fast-growing Am Law 100 firm focused on building out a top-flight health care practice, will open an office in Raleigh after raiding Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough for five partners.
BARRY ALEXANDER, chairman of the national health care group at Nelson Mullins in Raleigh and an expert on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and compliance issues, will start Polsinelli’s new office in the Research Triangle region along with regulatory partner ROSS SALLADE and transactional partner SEAN TIMMONS. Leaving Nelson Mullins in Atlanta for Polinselli are corporate partner JONATHAN KENDALL and litigation partner R. ROSS BURRIS III.
