Jenner & Block has announced that it will open an office in London later this spring to meet the increasing international needs of its clients.

It will be the Chicago-based firm’s fifth office and its first outside the United States, with the practice to focus on a wide range of disputes, including litigation, regulatory investigations, enforcement and white-collar crime, and international arbitration. The 450-lawyer firm said in a statement that the office would in time also seek to launch a transactional practice in the United Kingdom.
