PETER MASSUMI, a corporate partner with Kirkland in Los Angeles, recently left the firm to form his own shop Massumi + Consoli in the city, according to records on file with The State Bar of California. MICHAEL PERL, a restructuring partner at Kirkland in Chicago who began his career as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, has been hired as senior corporate counsel at Deerfield, Illinois-based fertilizer giant CF Industries.
