McGuireWoods is set to merge with Integer Law Corp., a Los Angeles boutique firm founded in 2010 by former Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy litigation partner Gregory Evans.

The merger, to take effect Thursday, will give McGuireWoods a second office in Los Angeles, in addition to its 63-lawyer office in Century City. Evans and Integer’s three associates will maintain their downtown office space, where Evans will serve as managing partner.
